Two demi-gods, Kezia, the daughter of Demeter, and Zander ,the son of Aphrodite, and add in the triplet oracles Jasper, Juniper and Jasmine. All five of the young people carry baggage, heavy baggage. The result of this mix is a fast paced enjoyable story of young adults dealing with their "baggage" each in their own unique way. There is a fledgling relationship and several encounters with their protagonists, the Furies.



A lovely sense of humor threads through the story. The characters are well developed and relatable and the story line is nicely expanded, leaving the way open for a series.



This story is worthy of a 4 or 4.5 ..........HOWEVER..... the myriad of typos and grammatical errors throughout the book, in some cases two in one sentence,affected the smooth flow of reading as I found that I had to stop frequently and re-read a portion in order to make sense of the passage.



Unfortunately, this irked me so much that I have had to drop the rating to 3 stars.



If the author fixes the above, we will consider bumping up our rating to what this story is worth.
