Charlotte was a lady she came from old money and was very protected from the outside world, she even had her own body guard. She lived in her own house on her father's estate as did one of her brothers, Edward. Her other brother William was in Switzerland trying to fix his broken marriage for the sake of his young son. When attending a wedding Charlotte locked eyes with the most gorgeous man she had ever seen, he too had been very attracted to her. Her friends told her he was no good.


Spencer, the biggest playboy in London, always in the tabloids with different women. Despite this she was led by him and ended up nearly going to bed with him until she told him she was a virgin. Spencer heard alarm bells ringing, if he took her innocence she may become very clingy which he was not used to. He left. Charlotte decided that she was so inexperienced that she wanted to get away to somewhere nobody knew her. Her father and brother were going to US on a business trip for 6 weeks and she thought this was her ideal opportunity to go to London and have some fun as Lottie encouraged by her friends. She got a job in a mail room and had the best time ever, until going out one night she saw Spencer again. He couldn't help himself he still pursued her, but this time she told him that the had slept with somebody. They ended up in a secret relationship, where they even managed to dodge her body guards. The were caught out by paparazzi taking pictures which were soon to be sold to the highest bidder.


There is a lot of twist and turns with emotions running high, but I kept feeling there was something more to happen. I was not disappointed, towards the end everything blew up in their faces. Too many people involved in couple's affairs. A nice romance story.
