The book literally carried on from the last book. So Luc followed by Amelia going running to the library to see who the intruders are. When they arrived Amelia could not believe her eyes, two of the rats have been caught. A fight broke out and they tried to get Amelia out to a waiting car as two more men stood at the door. 3 shots were fired and all 3 men collapsed, Raphael was not letting them take his daughter.


Later Amelia got a message on her phone with a picture of Gigi, her face black and blue with Victor with her, round her neck was a sign saying Player 1. Amelia was so upset by the evenings events she wanted to be alone. Millicent came in with cookies and milk, the milk had been drugged and Amelia saw Tag walk in. Luc and The Four decided to go to other mobster families to try and find out who were working with Victor and Tag. They seemed to always be one step ahead of them all the time.


Luc took a phone call from Victor and realised they had Amilia. From now the book becomes the fight to get Amelia back safe and sound. Very thrilling and sometimes making you hold your breath as you the author takes you through an unknown adventure. Will Luc and Amelia ever have their dream of a future in Italy as the gardner and dancer???
