New Review! The Rembrandt Ripper by Freya Le Crow, 5 Cranky Stars
I normally don't read books with this intensity or sexual situations but it was so well written it was never a problem for me. That said, this author really got inside my head with her realistic characters. The emotions in this book are off the chart.
This is not a book for those easily scared or don't like a creative plot. The romance is as intense as the murders. I really could not put it down even though I was having nightmares. The author's insight into the mind of a serial killer and the cops who try to save us from them is so spot on it is fascinating.
The heroine is a strong woman, who is in pain after the death of her father. Kissney dives back into work and what a case. Can she solve these murders? Will she find how much she is loved by more than her military boyfriend?
To give you more of the plot is to ruin the wonderful twists and turns woven seamlessly through this awesome book. Worth the nightmares!
