This book starts right we’re the last book stopped off. Once again Ice is on another adventure. This time he is thinking a bit more like a Medicine Man and his mentor can see it. The spirit that has broken free this time has already hurt one person including Ice’s mentor. Now it is up to Ice to get the spirit back where it belongs. Can he do it? Who is going to help him along the way? Ice has help this time, a Priestess. Well, a 15 year old girl who doesn’t exactly know what she is, but soon has a crash course. Her name is Jeni and Ice, well, he’s drawn to her. The adventure is one they won’t forget.


The new characters fit in very well with the established ones. The emotions that each character feels is once again right on point and felt every time something happens. Your imagination works overtime when theirs does and when the “visions” happen along the way. This second book is intriguing. I’m ready to see what happens in the last book. If the end will actually be the end.
