New Review! Christmas in Marlow Center by Jordan Elizabeth 5 Cranky Stars

Christmas in Marlow CenterChristmas in Marlow Center by Jordan Elizabeth

5 Cranky Stars

This book took me by surprise, I didn't know what I was expecting but for a short story it is packed.

Nastassia is a young girl who goes back with her father to the ancestral farm as it is being sold. Only her grandmother lives there with the place falling down around her ears. She is there to help sort some of it out, begrudgingly.

A young man Jesse has rented a house on the farm, who has come here to lay some ghosts to rest. Yes there is an attraction between the two, but a whole lot more is yet to be revealed. This all happens in the run up to Christmas the 23rd Dec being a significant date. Love, lies, mistrust, intrigue and suspense is jammed into this book with raw emotions. A very good short read.
