In Book 2, the demons attacked in full force. All the people of town that had disappeared, were now demons. Sera threw a blast over the area and killed the majority all at once. Nate was almost lost to her, but she jumped from the cliff to save him and gave him a piece of her aura to heal him. Of course, she had no idea what she was doing at the time. Because of this attack, they have decided to stay at the house and train full time. They have no contact with any family or friends to save them from harm.


It has been a year of training and solitude. They are planning a huge New Year’s Eve party. Nate is taking her into town to buy decorations. She knows she can make anything and everything herself with her mind. However, it’s just not the same as shopping. Her best friend Amanda is coming. That separation has been the hardest.
