Tristan is being reintroduced back into normal life outside the prison walls. He's not sure how he'll make it. He's the most hated man in town. He's sleeping on his sister's couch and her roommate is a girl he once loved but pushed away. You know how that whole I'm not good enough for you song and dance goes. Isabel is making great strides in her life with the exception of her idiot boyfriend Pierce. First she's skeptical about letting Tristan in their home but slowly she comes around and sees the man he once was.


This poor man has been through it. Prison is no joke and even if it was 4 years that's a lot time on the inside. This book has a major secret that not even isabel knows that will have you blindsided. Pierce is a tool plain and simple he got his. Pretty good book with lots of heart and struggle.
