5 Cranky Stars

Your entire existence can change in 180 seconds. 180 seconds is 3 minutes. In 3 minutes you can fall in love. In 3 minutes you can fall out of love. Time is a tricky mistress.

Allison said she was like those unwanted older dogs at the pound. Bouncing from foster home to foster home until the age of 16. She lost her faith in the human race and closed herself off. Yet she wasn't a statistic. She was smart and had good grades and got into a good college all with the help of Simon. A chance encounter had her sitting in a chair across from a virtual stranger having to last 180 seconds with eye contact only.

Esben has had the seemingly normal life. Loving parents and a loving sister. We all know underneath not everyone is perfect. He's a social media icon. Famous for his giving back campaigns where he sets out to do something kind for others. He didn't think 180 seconds would change his life when he sat in a chair.

This is one that pulls on your heart. In fact tissue is a must. You are on this journey with Allison and Esben. The self discovery, the love, the loss and all of life's little hiccups along the way. Jessica Park really got into how powerful social media is but she also understands the value of friendship and love. I would absolutely recommend this book to everyone. In fact let me go shout it from my roof EVERYONE NEEDS TO READ THIS BOOK!!!

I am brave. I am brave. I am brave.
