New Review! Faith (SEAL'ed #5) by Andi Jaxon and A.J. Alexander 5 Cranky Stars
Faith by Andi Jaxon
My rating: 5 of 5 stars
5 Cranky Stars
This is book 5 in a series about a Seal team. Each book is about one member of that team who enters a relationship with a woman but stays true to his team. They are a large extended family and even the wives/girlfriends have each other’s backs. I gave this 5 stars because the relationship in this story is developed through letters and emails. The sex in this book is not the driving force. I found these characters to be my favorites.
Becca is an Army widow with a three year old daughter. She moves away from her hometown in Texas to gain some independence. Her move takes her to San Diego where she meets an amazing group of women at her daughter’s daycare who welcome her with open arms. At the same time, she starts writing to a Navy Seal who is deployed overseas. What starts as a way to give back to the military, turns into much, much more.
This couple is much more than just pen pals by the time Justin returns. His connection to her new group of friends is quite surprising to her. A lovely story of sharing and learning to trust again.
