As the only known survivor of a horrific massacre years earlier, Molly Hastings has rebuilt her life as a dedicated member of the Anberlin sentries. Further complicating matters are a call from the home she left behind and the sudden arrival of a werewolf motorcycle club with ties to her past. An unexpected ally is found with Parker Hayes, a hunter facing down his own demons and searching for a future not based in bloodshed, who inspires feelings she hasn't felt in years.
Amidst the clash between her past and present, Molly finds herself questioning everything she knows about not only those she's meant to protect but the Sentries themselves. Could everything she's been taught be a lie, and if it is, can she protect those she cares about?

The new guy in town, Adam Williams, is determined not to get involved in Sugar Mountain’s business. His last job in a big city planning office ruined his life, but Heidi needs his help. No matter how hard he tries to stay detached, Adam finds himself eyeball deep in Heidi’s problems, as well as the needs of her teenage son and a homeless dog.
With conflicting theories abound and tensions running high, it’s up to the ladies of the society to don disguises and go undercover. If they’re not careful, the town may fall to a wrecking ball, Heidi may fall for Adam, and the secret society will be exposed.

Release Blitz! The Fae King's Dream (Between Dawn and Dusk) by Jamie Schlosser

Title: The Fae King's Dream
Series: Between Dawn and Dusk
Author: Jamie Schlosser
Genre: Fantasy Romance
Release Date: November 19, 2020
Cover Design: Book Cover Kingdom
Photographer: Michelle Lancaster
Model: Harrison Luna

The first time I meet Damon, he rescues me from a nightmare. Literally. I’m stuck in a coma, and my mind is forcing me to relive the horrific accident that put me in this state over and over again. The gorgeous fae king is the only one who can give me peace.

As if the dream can’t get any weirder, he tells me we’re soul mates. He says he can fix my banged-up brain. He wants to be my hero.

Little does he know, I just might end up saving him. Because once I wake up, the real challenge begins. A bunch of vengeful witches want him dead, and they’ll stop at nothing to seal his fate.

But I’ve got plans of my own. The coven has caused too much tragedy, and I’ll defend my newfound love, even if it’s the last thing I do. And it just might be, because if Damon doesn’t survive, neither will I.

“Over two thousand years ago, a powerful coven cursed all the firstborn children of the royal families. The only way for me to see again is to find my fated mate. And that, my little carrot, is you.” He pokes my chin. “Only you can cure me.”

“How am I supposed to cure you?” I scoot back a little, preparing to do whatever it takes. “Let’s do it right now.”

His grin turns wicked. “Right now? Are you sure?”

“I don’t see why not.”

“We need to complete the bond.”

“Which means…?”

“As humans would say, we have to bang.”

“What?”

“You know, knocking boots. Bumping uglies.”

“Uh—wha—bu—” My stuttering ends with a cough. Because he’s joking. Right?

Damon’s forehead wrinkles with seriousness. “Did I get a saying wrong? Damn. What other euphemisms are there? Make whoopie, horizontal polka—”

“Stop.” Holding up a hand, I take several seconds to process his words. “Let me get this straight. You’re telling me you’re disabled, and the only way for me to fix you is to f*ck you?”

New Review! The Fae King's Dream by Jamie Schlosser 4.5 Cranky Stars

The Fae King's DreamThe Fae King's Dream by Jamie Schlosser
My rating: 4 of 5 stars

4.5 Cranky Stars

When Damon was little, and his vision was stolen from him he was always told the riddle “She’s surrounded with buttons and strings. You’ll find her in someone else’s dreams” You see Damon is a dream walker he has hopped into many dreams hoping his mate was among those slumbering. He hadn’t had much luck and started to accept that maybe she wasn’t meant to be found. One day his parents tell him they have found her in the human world, but it won’t be easy for you see she had a tragedy happen and time is limited. He does all he could to reach her and it becomes the happiest day of his life.

Whitley is stuck in a dream loop. A tragedy that keeps playing over and over and she thinks since she can lucid dream but she can’t stop it. It isn’t until a handsome stranger shows up in her dreams, she learns her true purpose. When she awakes at a castle next to a handsome king she is smitten. She feels a sense of rightness here like she truly belongs. Along the way Whitley learns she may have more of a tie to the Fae realm than she imagined since she can also go into dreams but not like Damon. She sets out to make all the wrongs right with the witches who have cursed the kings and save her beloved king. She makes unlikely friends and gains family she never knew she needed.

I’ve always wanted Damon’s book. I just liked his sense of humor and how he tries to be human with his sayings and such. I did feel this book was a little more risqué than Quinn’s book but that may just be the relationship these two have and they are a tad older than her. I loved how Whitley gained a bestie in Astrid with her hair rugs. Yep the girl has hair rugs and drags them around, but they have a purpose. Now I want Zanders book because hello who doesn’t love a mysterious guy who can shift. I adore this series and always ready for their adventures. Here’s to another fun sexy read!!
